  • Nejasna komunikace v emailových adresách a čísla Rezervaci, duplicitní objednání v hotelu bylo řešeno storno poplatkem ve výši 50%. Doporučuji přehledně vypracovat rezervační systém, který nepovede k nejasnostem.

  • Personál byl velmi vstřícný. Horší to byl s večeří v 18.00 hod., na jídlo se muselo čekat téměř hodinu, avšak byli jste upozorněni na tuto skutečno, přesto to nepomůže, když máte hlad. Jinak spokojenost cena odpovídá kvalitě.

  • snídaně

  • recepce někde v tramtarii,hledali jsme ptali se v restauraci na dotaz kde je recepce nás číšnice odbyla jako nějaké hajzli. Po hledání v ulici jsme trefili až po telefonátu na recepci a poto zase šup na penzion v restauraci, na pokoji nebyli ručníky no projeli jsme už toho hodně ale tohle jsme ještě nezažili.Parkování no hruza auto někde v pr.deli no dík nikdy více.
